We do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is complete, it cannot be reversed, cancelled or returned.
This applies to every package and every subscription payment. Please read this page and try the free practice test before you buy.
Why
You receive the product in full the instant you pay. Every question, every correct answer and every written explanation is immediately readable, downloadable and copyable.
There is no way to take that back. Unlike a physical book, a refunded customer keeps everything they have already read — and anything they have already copied. A refund on digital study material is a free copy of the product.
We would rather price the product fairly and be clear about this than build the cost of abuse into what everyone else pays.
How to avoid buying the wrong thing
Take the free ten-question practice test. It uses the same writers and the same standard as the paid tests, and it needs no account and no card.

Ask us anything before you buy. Email support@teastestlab.com or use the help button on any page — we answer within two working days, and we would rather answer a question than take money from someone the product does not suit.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops all future payments. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments already taken are not refunded, including the period you are part-way through.
Billing errors
This policy covers refunds for the product. It does not cover mistakes in billing.
If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling a subscription, that is our error and we will correct it. Email support@teastestlab.com with the date and amount.
If a question is wrong
Every question has a Report an error link while you are taking a test.
We check every report and correct anything that is wrong. Reporting an error does not entitle you to a refund, but it does mean the correction reaches you and everyone else.
Sharing our content
Copying, publishing, reselling or distributing our questions and explanations is a breach of our Terms of Service.
Accounts found doing this are closed immediately and without any payment being returned.
Your statutory rights
Where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded by a policy, those rights still apply. This page does not attempt to remove them.
