1. What we collect
Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
Test activity: which tests you took, the answers you gave, your scores, and the timing of your attempts.
Payment records: which package you bought and when. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Basic technical data: standard server logs and anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
2. Why we collect it
To run your account and give you access to what you bought.
To score your tests and show you your results and explanations.
To provide support when you contact us.
To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider for the servers and database that run this site. Authentication and your account data are handled by us directly, not by a third party. Each processor handles data only to provide their service to us.
We may disclose data if the law requires it.
4. Other students
Your account, your attempts and your scores are private to you. No other student can see which questions you were given, how you answered, or what you scored.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and results for as long as your account is open, so you can revisit past attempts.
If you close your account we delete your personal data, keeping only the payment records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@teastestlab.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children
This service is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
